When: May 12th 10 am - 12 pm
Where: Martin Dies, Jr. State Park nature center on walnut ridge unit.
What to bring: Bug spray, sun protection, and a folding chair for adults.
Cost: The program is free, but if you plan on staying in the park after the program then you must obtain a park entry permit. Entrance fees are paid at Park Headquarters and are $4 per person over the age of 13, children 12 and under are free. Bring your Texas state park pass to waive entry fees. If you bring exact cash you can fill out a self-pay envelope at the nature center.
