We’ll get out to explore our Forest Trail and discover the many species of trees that grow there. Discover important features of tree identification and take this new knowledge on your next adventure. This program is suitable for all ages and includes a 1-1.5 mile hike.

This program has a limited capacity. You can call to RSVP for the program, otherwise it is filled on a first come, first serve basis. 

When: 10am

Where: Meet at the Forest Trail entrance closest to the highway

Cost: Entrance to the park requires the purchase of a $4 day pass or a Texas State Park Pass. Children 12 and under are free.

Youth participants must be accompanied by an adult.
