Join Ranger our local Texas Master Naturalist group to count birds. 

This is a great way to find local birds, learn new birds, and get birding tips from our local birders.

Where to meet: Meet on the North Cherokee boat ramp, then you'll head to other park locations.

What to know: This is appropriate for adults and mature young adults that are already experienced and into being a birder. 

What to Bring: Binoculars, field guides, cameras, hats, and water.

There is no fee for attending this program; however, payment of park entrance fees is required. Entrance fees are paid at Park Headquarters or the self-pay stations and are $4 per person over the age of 13, children 12 and under are free.
